Professor Li Zhendong, is the invited expert on employment guidance in College Teacher Training Center, Ministry of Education, expert of Employment Promotion Association of Public Employment Services Professional Committee, People's Department of China, dean of Berma Venture Research Institute, expert on business guidance of Yunnan Provincial Department of Education, expert on employment guidance of Guangxi Autonomous Region Department of Education, expert on business guidance of Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education. He has offered a series of lectures on employment and entrepreneurship in more than 400 universities from 31 provinces, including Nankai University, Shandong University, Northeastern University and Northwest A & F University, etc. As the first person and the pioneer who is specialized and engaged in the career guidance of university student employment, professor Li has been reported by more than 100 news medias.

Professor Li made a detailed introduction of the preparation of employment and guided the graduates to establish the right view of employment. He pointed out the importance of personal image in job interviews. So all the graduates should learn the etiquette in employment.
