The opening ceremony ofChina-Malaysia Limkokwing Deaf Student Sponsorship Projectwas held in Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Malaysia on July 25, 2017. The Deputy Education Minister of Malaysia Datuk Chong Sin Woon, the Vice President of China Communist Youth League Henan Committee, Mr. Wang Dubo,the Director of the Cultural Office of the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia Mr. Zhang Jiexin, the leader of Zhengzhou Institute of Technology Mr. Su Wei and the Vice President of Limkokwing University of Creative Technology Dato’ Tiffanee Marie Lim attended the ceremony and addressed separately. They expressed their warm welcome to the arrival of the deaf students of Zhengzhou Institute of Technology and expressed their deep hope for the students' study life in Malaysia in the next six months.

Mr. Su Wei signed a memorandum of cooperation with Limkokwing University of Creative Technology. The two sides will carry out exchanges and cooperation between teachers and students in more professional fields further.

After the ceremony, Mr. Su Wei had a cordial conversation

with the students studied in Malaysia, asked the details of their study and life in Malaysia and visited the place of their study and living.
